The arrangements you organized for my parents were great- they had good flights, the transfer from the airport went smoothly, and the staff at the hotel/tour company were great. We took advantage of a few of the day tours once we were there and we found the service to be very good.

We had a wonderful trip, but it's great to home again. Everything went off without a hitch. A couple of driver changes, but that was it.
