Day 3 – London – Paris (2 nights)
We take the Channel ferry to Calais and visit the Vimy Ridge Memorial. Then on to Paris and a Welcome Drink. (continential breakfast)

We take the Channel ferry to Calais and visit the Vimy Ridge Memorial. Then on to Paris and a Welcome Drink. (continential breakfast)

Day 5 – Paris sightseeing and at leisure
We ascend to the second level of the Eiffel Tower, drive along the Champs Élysées to the Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral. Then time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast)


Day 6 – Paris – Chartres – Bordeaux
Our first stop is at Chartres, then we continue on to the Loire at Tours and the wine–region of Bordeaux for the night. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 7 – Bordeaux – Lourdes
Through the Sauterne vineyards to Lourdes where we see the basilica on top of St. Bernadette's grotto. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 8 – Lourdes – Pau – Biarritz – Burgos
After breakfast, we head to medieval Pau, then on to seaside Biarritz. Then into Spain and Burgos with its gothic cathedral. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 9 – Burgos – Madrid (2 nights)
We cross the Sierra de Guadarrama to Madrid. This afternoon we enjoy a guided tour of the Prado Museum. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 10 – Madrid sightseeing and at leisure
Our morning sightseeing tour features the Royal Palace and Plaza de España. Then time at leisure or take an optional excursion to the Valley of the Fallen. (Buffet breakfast)


Day 11 – Madrid – Barcelona (2 nights)
We pass Guadalajara and the Gorges of Jalon and enter Aragon. See the ruins of the Castle of Somayen en route to Barcelona. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 12 – Barcelona sightseeing and at leisure
The old Cathedral and art nouveau fantasies of Gaudi highlight our sightseeing tour. Tonight, why not experience the passion of a fiery flamenco show. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 13 – Barcelona – Cannes (2 nights)
We drive to the fashionable resort of Cannes. Our Highlight Dinner is at a typical French restaurant this evening. (Buffet breakfast Highlight dinner)

Day 14 – Cannes – Monaco and Perfumery Excursion
First to Monaco where we see the Royal Palace and the cathedral. Our Tour Director will share a Hidden Treasure with us and we will visit a perfumery. (Buffet breakfast)


Day 15 – Cannes – Pisa – Montecatini
We drive past Genoa before arriving in Pisa to view the incredible Leaning Tower. Then on to the spa town of Montecatini. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 16 – Montecatini – Florence – Assisi
In Florence we see the cathedral, baptistery, Santa Croce Basilica, Signoria Square and the statue of David. Then on to Assisi. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 17 – Assisi – Pompeii – Sorrento
We see the Basilica of St. Francis and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Next, we continue to Pompeii and finally to Sorrento. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 18 – Sorrento – Isle of Capri C – Rome (2 nights)
We enjoy a walking tour of the Isle of Capri. Enjoy free time before we cruise to Naples and on to Rome. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 19 – Rome sightseeing and at leisure 
Our tour features a visit to St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican and views of the Forum, the mighty Colosseum and Circus Maximus. Then time at leisure (Buffet breakfast)


Day 20 – Rome – Venice (MESTRE) (2 nights)
We drive through the Apennine Mountains, then via Bologna and past Padua to Venice. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 21 – Venice sightseeing and at leisure
We cruise by private launch to St. Mark's Square, viewing the Bridge of Sighs. After a visit to a glass–blowing factory, time is your own to explore. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)


Day 22 – Venice (MESTRE) – Vienna (2 nights)
The Carnic Alps herald the Austrian border. We travel across the great Alpine highways en route to Vienna. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 23 – Vienna sightseeing and at leisure
Our sightseeing tour shows us the Opera, the Hofburg, Stadtpark, Parliament and Imperial Boulevards. The rest of the day is at leisure. (Buffet breakfast)


Day 24 – Vienna – Salzburg
We follow the Danube Valley to Salzburg for a guided walking tour. Tonight we enjoy a Highlight Dinner. (Buffet breakfast Highlight dinner)

Hotel: Austria Trend West


Day 25 – Salzburg – Innsbruck – Oberammergau
First orientation in Innsbruck, then onto Germany and pretty Oberammergau. Then a Hidden Treasure is revealed to us. (Buffet breakfast Dinner) 

Hotel: Hotel Wittelsbach. 


Day 26 – Oberammergau – Liechtenstein – Lucerne (2 nights)
Via Garmisch Partenkirchen, we travel in to Austria. Then on to Vaduz, in Liechtenstein, before reaching Lucerne. (Buffet breakfast Dinner) 

Hotel: Radisson SAS (2 nights)


Day 27 – Lucerne orientation and at leisure
We see the Lion Monument and the Chapel Bridge. Then time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 28 – Lucerne – Freiburg – Heidelberg – Rhine Cruise – Boppard
We drive via Freiburg to Heidelberg to view its impressive castle. Next we enjoy a Rhine cruise to Boppard. (Buffet breakfast Dinner)

Day 29 – Boppard – Amsterdam
We see Cologne’s gothic cathedral, then cross to Amsterdam where we enjoy a canal cruise before our Farewell Dinner. (Buffet breakfast Farewell dinner)

Day 30 – Amsterdam – London
Orientation highlights Dam Square and the Mint Tower. Then we drive to Calais for our Channel ferry to Dover and back to London. (Buffet breakfast)


Day 31 – London – USA
This morning, bid farewell to your Tour Director and new–found friends. (Buffet breakfast)
